PIONEER PROMOTIONAL CONTESTS!
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 9:00am (PST) on Monday, June 2, 2008 and ends at 9:00am (PST) on Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Each month will feature a different promotion as follows:

| November 1 - November 28 | Pioneer "Scary Videos" user-generated video contest |
| December 1 - December 31 | Pioneer "Thank Goodness for GPS" userbase survey |
REGISTRATION:
In order to participate in the Contest participants must visit the
WebRidesTV.com Homepage at
http://www.webridestv.com and
register. From there, participants will receive an email confirmation. You must submit a legitimate email address to receive notification of user surveys. WebRidesTV.com will not be responsible for incorrect or non-existent email address entries.
MONTHLY CONTEST PROMOTION POSTING:
WebRidesTV.com will issue an announcement on each monthly promotion in
the blog 48 hours prior to launch of the promotion. The announcement will also be available on this page.
USER SUBMISSION:
When submitting user generated content, participants must format their submission according to the standards specified on WebRidesTV.com – files must have the following file type extensions: .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .avi, .wmv. Participants must also indicate that the uploaded user generated content is intended for the Pioneer Extravaganza promotion. Participants are allowed 1 submission per promotional period. Only the first uploaded submission will be accepted.
No user submissions will be accepted before the launch of each promotional period. For example, if the promotion starts July 1st, the earliest date for submission is 12:01am on July 1st.
No user submissions will be accepted after midnight at the end of each promotional period. For example, if the promotion starts June 2nd the last date for submission is midnight on June 30th.
There is no purchase necessary to enter and win
DETERMINATION OF PRIZE WINNERS:
Winners for user generated video content entries will be made by a judging panel consisting of WebRidesTV.com and Pioneer Electronics personnel. Winners for electronic survey-based entries will be made at random.
MONTHLY PRIZES:
No purchase necessary to enter or win prizes. Prizes are subject to change, at the beginning of each contest, at the discretion of
WebRidesTV.com. WebRidesTV.com is responsible for delivering the corresponding Pioneer prizes each promotion period.
ELIMINATION:
Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address or non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Contest. WebRidesTV.com further reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, or violates U.S. or applicable local law in Participant’s country of residence.
All user generated content must be original and new. Any user submission found to violate US copyright, patent and other intellectual property laws will be immediately removed from the promotion. Such violation will also render the responsible user ineligible for additional Pioneer Extravaganza promotions.
PRIVACY:
Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. This data may also be used by WebRidesTV.com to verify a Participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event a Participant qualifies for any applicable prize as well as to deliver the applicable prize(s). Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by WebRidesTV.com in connection with the Contest. If a Participant does not provide the required data when requested, that Participant’s Entries will be ineligible for any prizes. By accepting a prize, Participant agrees to WebRidesTV.com and its agencies use of Participant’s name and/or likeness and Entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
