Gallery: 2008 Suzuki Forenza
DESCRIPTION:
To say the 2008 Suzuki Forenza is anything more than a commuter would be wrong. Its reviews are less stellar than its ultra bland brother: Suzuki Reno. While its interior is somewhat spacious and can seat five adults, its safety is mediocre at best (unimpressive crash tests). Under the hood lies a 16-valve 2.0L 127 horsepower 4-cylinder engine that boosts itself from 0 to 60 in an embarrassing 11 seconds. The Forenza is anything but a performance sedan. AN optional 4-speed automatic transmission can be added, but downshifts very slowly. An average fuel economy of 20 and 28 is similar to that of a Honda Accord EX with 260+ horsepower. The 15” wheels won’t score you any ladies, but will do the trick every morning and afternoon when you’re going from home to work. If you’re craving a Suzuki, look at the affordable SX4 Crossover that has earned good reviews and offers a much better looking and better feeling package.
