DESCRIPTION:
It took over 1000 engineers to redesign the new 2009 For F150, and in doing so made one hell of a truck. The new 5.4 L Triton V8 has 3 valves per cylinder and makes 320 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. The new F150 utilizes a lighter yet stronger chassis that enhances towing and fuel economy. Also helping those MPG's is a new 6 speed transmission that delivers better all around performance. The Platinum is a special luxury package set to take the place of the Lincoln Mark LT. Ford claims that the new Platinum will be the most luxurious truck on the market when it debuts in 2009. On behalf of WRTV, it certainly has our attention.
