sounds like i viewed a documentary about this vehicle a few ago, was manufactured in Spain.Sound correct?

I think there was one of these on TV once and the thing was sooo loud. cool design though

The video I saw was old too and the car was loud, but that was not a production model. I would assume that throwing a muffler on it would quiet it way down.
