In 1965, Shelby American injected its Shelby Cobra “DNA” into the Ford Mustang to create the ultimate pony car. Faster, stronger and better in every way, the Shelby G.T.350 was the first in a line of legendary cars. The ultimate iteration was the 1965 G.T.350R, which captured the SCCA’s B/Production class road racing championship for three straight years.
To celebrate the birth of the G.T.350, Carroll Shelby and Unique Performance have created a limited edition 40th Anniversary Edition G.T.350SR that is more powerful than the 1965 427 Shelby Cobra. Only 40 will be built, making them among the most desirable collectibles in the world.
