Gallery: Lexus LS600h L Hybrid
DESCRIPTION:
The 2009 Lexus LS600h L is not your typical hybrid. While it includes an electric motor to soften the hit on your shallow pockets, the gas mileage is still 20/22 which is good for a luxury car of Lexus’ caliber. The monstrous 5.0-Liter 32-valve V8 engine releases 438 horsepower and minimal emissions (SULEV). This 4-door all-wheel drive vehicle includes traction control, variable dynamics integrated management, and vehicle stability control. Unlike previous models of the LS, the LS600h L sedan provides room for 5 passengers. The turning radius of the Lexus is a decent 39.4 feet. To complement the performance of the machinery, Lexus includes aluminum-alloy rims in one of 3 styles (7-spoke 19”, 9-spoke 18”, 7-spoke 18”). Luxury features include 16-way driver power seats, climate-comfort rear and from seats, dynamic radar cruise control, voice-activated HDD navigation, Bluetooth technology, XM NavTraffic, electronic parking assist, and Mark Levinson reference surround sound audio system. While this $100k+ hybrid might seem a bit pricey, those who can afford a luxury performance sports sedan should consider the Lexus LS600h L. With a V8 hybrid system that performs like a V12, the LS 600h L is sure to satisfy.
