In this Webridestv video, Silva met up with Chris Candos and his 2003 Infinity G35. This was Silva's second time checking out Chris' car, and apparently a lot had changed since the last time they met. Chris' G35 is off the chain, featuring an APR wide body kit and raspberry pearl paint with some interesting black stripes that don't follow any body lines or racing pattern; as is usually the norm. His G35 coupe sits low and, with the extra wide body kit, appears to be squished down, giving it a sporty low rider look. The front of the body kit makes use of an aggressive looking new front valance, with plain steel gray mesh grills to help direct cooling air to a massive tuned engine. An APS twin turbo, highly detailed with tons of chrome and polished goodies, puts 502 horses at the wheels, giving this Infinity a serious kick in the tail pipe! Kinetix intake runners, NOS tank, and some extensive duct work showcase the kind of power and sheer attention to detail that went into this engine. A tuned exhaust exits out the back, with two large diameter muffler tips.
Chris explained that originally the car was an automatic, but he swapped in a manual transmission with an upgraded sport clutch to handle the massive power from his motor. The interior is equipped to race, and Chris drives it with gusto! A plethora of gauges line the interior, while the rest is kept simple yet impressive, with a chrome shifter and extensive stereo equipment. Momo seats and steering wheel add a finished racing touch to the matching raspberry red interior and dash.
Black accents throughout the interior contrast well and match the stripes. The rims are also done in two tone black with raspberry pearl, and with an ultra deep offset it complements the wide body kit. In the back, a large black spoiler is mounted to the trunk lid, which lifts up to reveal a pair of LCD screens, subwoofers, and amps. For safety, a full roll cage was installed into the interior, along with oversize Brembo disks and calipers.
