Since 1991 HPA Motorsports has set performance trends in the industry, raising the bar with every project. Here at HPA, we were the first to offer a V6 conversion for New Beetles in 1998, later being recognized by European Car Magazine as one of the superior performance revolutions in the 20th century. Performance improvements are constant at HPA. New ideas and inspirations invoke faster machines weekly. A 10,000 square foot facility with four full sized hoists, clean room for engine building, and welding area allows for the work to push on quickly and efficiently. A full service warehouse provides for quick product shipping. Marcel Horn has always seemed to have the bug. Not a flew or cold though, the bug that makes you desire the sense of speed. Since a child Marcel has made it his personal mission to go faster and faster. Starting with the popular small die cast cars of his day and eventually moving up to the 550hp R32 that he has developed. At the young age of 31, Marcel is an optimistic, and involved member of the HPA team. As an enthusiast of automobiles, appreciating the work involved in a well tuned machine, nothing is more gratifying to him than finishing a project.
