Video: 2008 Ford Taurus X
DESCRIPTION:
The extinction of the Ford Five Hundred means the reentrance of the Ford Taurus sedan and Taurus X wagon. The new grille is similar to that of the Ford Fusion’s and Ford Focus’. The improved engine is larger (3.5L from 3.0L) and produces over 260 horsepower, which is very impressive for a wagon and calculates into 44% greater acceleration. Most notably, the bumped, fog lamps, and transparent taillights of the Ford Tauras mimic the body styling of its brother, the Ford Fusion. The available Eddie Bauer edition offers a two-tone body, 18” chrome wheels, and windshield-linked headlights. The 2-3-2 seating offers ample space for seven passengers. The versatile rear seats collapse forward to form a large, flat compartment for transporting large objects. Tri-zone climate control, voice-activated navigation, and DVD entertainment system, and Microsoft-Ford Sync are optional features that complete the package. Overall, the Ford Taurus X is a very versatile vehicle that provides enough amenities to satisfy your every wish.
