It’s original intention was to be a commercial towing truck used for heavy hauling and construction, but the aftermarket has brought a lot of popularity to this platform and has led to it being accepted as more of a premium truck. The truck comes with 2 available engines. You have the choice of a 6.7 liter Cummins ISB I-6 Diesel or a 7.2 Caterpillar C7 Diesel. The Cummins engine can come with 325 horsepower with 750 lb-ft of torque and the CAT engine can come with 300 HP with 860 lb ft of torque. These trucks have many options so engine power and transmission choices are numerous.
