This year Jim Germann took home muscle car of the year for the Columbus ohio stop. His 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle is sporting a 396 cubic inch numbers matching engine. Cuppled with a 4 speed transmission this car puts out 425 horsepower. The car was started back in 1999 when they took the body off the frame and began to work relentlessly on the entire car. The car is numbers matching all the way down to the window motors making this car as original as they get.
Next up is Chris Pielos owner of Chris' body shop in Athens, Ohio with his 1957 Chevrotle. This car is a complete beast with a fuel injected supercharged 502 engine. That beast of an engine puts out 1450 horse power, enough to scrape the rubber right off those Boyd Coddington rims. The interior sports custom gauges all tan leather seats and accents. The trunk is all sheet metal, not a single bit of fiberglass was used to make it. The flames were custom done in Ohio and definitely set off the pain well.
Gene Gerber from Springfield Illinois one pro pick with his 1929 Ford Roadster. The roadster is an all carbon fiber body with a Honda carbureted engine in it. The entire car weighs 1000 pounds allowing this car to haul like you wouldn't believe.
Derrick Sampson of Marhsall Missouri is last in this video with his 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS convertible. This car did not start life out as a convertible but you would never know if you looked at it now. This car has a 68' 396 cubic inch engine putting out 375 horse power out of it's 396 engine.
