actually it's only $1 for the day, it's roughly $17 to park it there for an entire month that is pretty dang cool though! Saw something similar before but for only two level's worth of cars in each space in an apartment complex

That is just the neatest thing! I think North Americans would be too "uncivilized" to use this...it would probably be full of garbage in a week or 2 and people somehow trying to find a way to stal the bikes. Still a great idea for Japan where there is limited space.
