In today’s latest edition of the WebRidesTV.com look of the 2007 la auto show, we see the gorgeous Jessica interviewing Larry Dominique, the Vice President of Product Planning for Nissan, about the 2009 Nissan Murano. In the 2009 model, Nissan was looking to completely overhaul and update their image, and it appears that they were successful in their pursuit. This ride sports a new, edgy and modern design that sports a sunroof, larger tires and wheels, and even more horsepower and a CVT automatic transmission. The fully loaded mid-size crossover SUV will also feature luxurious leather seats and an in-dash navigation system.
In 2007, Nissan decided to discontinue the Murano, in an attempt to push the new Nissan Rogue, however, it is clear to see by the addition of the 2009 Murano, that this ride was too popular to discontinue. The new 2009 model will now offer include rain-sensing wipers, power rear lift gate, power fold-up rear seats, iPod integration, and a hard-drive based, touch screen navigation system, numerous trim packages, a 3.5L V6, and enough space for kids and groceries! Did I mention 265 horsepower? I am sure they have a kitchen sink in there somewhere as well.
Basically, the only thing this car has similar to its previous edition are the radically sloped and aerodynamic looking body. Other than that, the alloy wheels, design, space, engine, transmission, quality and goodies put this car heads and shoulders above its predecessor (and its competitors, to boot).
